Information you provide
You may provide information such as your name, email address, booking details, payment details, or correspondence when joining Create Better, requesting a resource, booking a call, purchasing a course, or contacting Nick. Payment card details are processed by the relevant payment provider and are not stored on this website.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the thing you requested, operate and improve the website, communicate with you where you have asked to hear from Nick, manage purchases and bookings, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security, MailerLite for newsletters, Podia for course sales and customer access, Cal.com and Google Meet for coaching bookings, and Lemon Squeezy for selected resource delivery. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may store it outside Australia.
Email and consent
The Create Better form states that submitting it subscribes you to emails from Nick Kendall. Resource pages link to third-party delivery services and explain when the associated flow also includes email. You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site usage and performance without advertising cookies, local storage or fingerprinting. Cloudflare may also process technical request data required to deliver and protect the site.
Access, correction and deletion
You may ask what personal information Nick holds directly about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction purposes.
